It was interesting how hard Jane was on the other psychic. Plus, it seemed like the Beth character sort of gets little crushes on her psychics - so that was awkward.

It also seemed like even back then, Jane really didn't like what he was doing - felt it was dishonest and felt guilty about that - but he didn't know how to do anything else, and it was something he was very, very good at.
