thanks Donna
 she is glad to be home and took a shower  now she has to take more medication along with what she was taking before, now she is on blood thinners and has to take a low dose aspirin everyday. she has to change what she eats and watch the calories and sugars. she was doing a pailo diet where you cut back on carbs so we really need to get back to that glad that I am off for 3 days, I am so tired  __________________

It was a while ago, but it's understandable if someone you cares about ends up in hospital. That sounds like a good idea. It's been really hot in the UK this week and as I don't have air con at home, I've got a fan to help keep me cool. __________________

she is doing better today, we went to the store she is still unsure about driving but she is ok with me in the car. she said she is just tired and relaxing like the doctor told her to do.
now she has to take more medications then she was on before. they changed one of her insulin medications because the other one wasn't bringing her numbers down. me and mom are both going to get on the palio diet, she needs to and I need to lose some of my belly fat I got going on. its been really hot and humid here also, at work we had a huge car sale at our other store last week and a couple of the guys got heat exhaustion  __________________

mom says she is board because she can't be at work this week
 her neighbor mowed her lawn for her because she can't yet, well she could but the doctor doesn't want her too its supposed to be hot this week here too __________________

hey all, sorry i havent been around either the last couple days ive had the worst migraine off and on cuz of this god awful heat wave we been having here. hope all is doing well. sorry to hear about your mom jen hope she is feeling better now.

I think this last star trek movie was better then the other two reboots, but it did keep with the other two and mostly the first one. I can't wait for the next one and for it to be on DVD
Justin Lin needs to direct more star trek movies he did a great job with it __________________
