I got home late from moms last night and was tired so I just went to bed. next Monday we have labor day so we will be off but that is just one of my days off, so its nothing good for me  __________________

my mom has become a vegetarian and I am just watching what I am eating. the cardiac therapy wants her to do the vegan thing because it helps clear the veins and get you off all your medication, she got a vegan cookbook from Amazon and some of the stuff in there looks really good.
today we had a family dinner at the Mexican restaurant in town for my cousins daughter turning 12 __________________

so far she likes it and is doing better
when I am with her we eat all vegetarian, I have been kind of doing it before this but now I really have to when I am with mom  it was fun and she got some great gifts on Sunday we are going to my aunt and uncles down in Indianapolis so I will be on later at night __________________
