In the scene where Bucky's topless and strapped to that chair, they used cocoa butter on his chest.

Now, to have been to gotten the job to rub cocoa butter all over Seb's chest. Though, it would probably have killed me.

Here's a picture so you can take another look, This is, of course, so we can see how the cocoa butter was applied.
