I think it would be cool if they did a whole season about Bucky as the winter soldier. Were we see him become a weapon his missions all the brain washing he want through for decades but maybe that's just me.

We did get to see a little bit of it in other movies and while it was dark I didn't think it was to the point were I thought. If they were to ever give that story line any focus. It would be to dark for people to see because they couldn't handle it. I think it could work if done in the right way. And Marvel are the ones who could do that.

Right like how I would love to see what happened to Loki during his time with Thanos. I can imagine it would be dark as well but could be interesting and would fill in a lot of his story.
