i love the vibes, the seriousness, all that spy-action. not everything have to be jokes and punchlines. a fact why i prefer DC over Marvel but luckily Secret Invasion seems to be darker as you said.

This is giving me very strong Captain America Winter Soldier vibes. The political intrigue, the gritty action...it looks amazing! Finally, a show that takes itself seriously.

For Marvel this trailer feels like a step in the right direction for many reasons.
First off it does not seem completely reliant on CGI for the entire thing. We see to be getting a mix of practical effects and CGI. Which is good given Marvels recent treatment of those who do CGI for them. Second, it brings back characters we have had an emotional attachment to since day 1. It will likely provide closure for a few of them and will set up the next few years of the MCU from that point. It is a very well-made trailer, reminiscent of classic spy thrillers with a twist. I can't wait to see this one in June. |
