I don't know where you're coming from but I beg to differ. What you're saying is most certainly not true. Have you seen romanian or croatian shelters? Those are killing stations. Europe's dog shelters are better or worse like any other American shelters. I even think some American shelters are the best shelters.

Yeah eastern europe is pretty bad there, but tbh when I speak of euope here i mostly mean mid, north and western europe where animals are not being killed in shelters unlike in many US shelter.

The fact this shelter you mention even has to promote the fact they don't kill their animals show the problem in the US vbeing similar to asia or eastern europe. In germany, france or also the Uk they'd not have advertise this bc poeple would never find it normal to kill puppies and kittens.

The locations in the second link are across the world, but those shelters are all exceptins from the norm in the countries they are located in. I'm talking about the norm in western europe being a whole lot better than anywhere else in the world.
