I wish there was more art and fics that acknowledged Daenerys as a little girl. Although she takes on the roles of someone older than her years and has faced adversities many people who are older than her have never even considered… she is still ultimately a child. When the series starts she's a mere thirteen years old, becomes pregnant at fourteen, and miscarries then animates dragons before she's even fifteen. Though the series shows her growth and improvement, I do wish there were some moments both in canon and out of it that took the time to acknowledge how young she still is. Like this is a girl who overthrew slavery in three different cities, and successfully kept it abolished in one when she was little more SIXTEEN something.
