I have no doubts that Malia will support Stiles.. I mean she kept Stiles secret from Scott.. Malia has loyalty to the pack, she will be supportive of them, we have seen that at the end of season 4 and all through 5A, but her bond with Stiles is strong. I don't think she would ever turn her back on him
