I just want the Sheriff there since he was there with Stiles when he was younger, so I just want to see it again. He could ask Melissa advice about it?

Not really. Because they come out of nowhere and they hurt like well and not easily to stop. Some can take hours.

Still, you can't get easily get rid of them. Basics or no basics each other the panic attack can also be different than the previous one.

Mine were sometimes really severe and could take hours, which most of them were and then there were a few that didn't last long at all.
