It's just so painful, yet you can't really fault either of them, they're in a tough situation that isn't easy to resolve. If it were easy it wouldn't be as interesting. It's such a contrast from S1 too, where they were in practically every scene together. Now they're actively avoiding each other, and any time they say even a few words to each other it ends in tears. __________________

 Ships on other shows are like "hey i can't stand you!" and then they become "we need each other!!" while these two are the opposite __________________

My personal first reaction is to go greedy and want them together together asap, Lol. But I know that is expecting too much too soon. So seeing them start to get back some of their old friendship would be enough. Starting to heal and become more like their old connected selves with each other, at least as much like their old selves as possible since I know they will never truly be exactly the same again. I'm just ready for them to have happy scenes again not just as you guys have said scenes that end with tears every time. So just forward motion with the healing of them as individuals and of their relationship. And happy moments again soon.

^I hope so. It's so hard watching him like this. And on this show there are ways for it to be possible even if it wouldn't be possible in real life. I want them to find a way to help him. I want him to get better and it would be amazing if Simmons played a big part in that. Anything to bring them closer again.
