But you made a point. Paul wouldn't leave Beth because he wanted to know more about Castor/Leda even tho he didn't love her. Donnie didn't even know what he was actually doing, so other than those monitors we really don't know any? I mean Delphine is one but we don't know who monitored Cosima before, obviously whomever that was left.

At some point the monitors get tired/leave I don't think they have to die. Krystal happens to have monitors for boyfriends, I am sure they left, except for Hector who got killed.

What makes it worse is that they were all two years to the day. Is that just the standard contract time for a monitor at DYAD and then they decide whether to sign on for more?

Paul was being blackmailed though. I think they fit the monitor to the person and hope it lasts, so if Krystal had rotating monitors/boyfriends, it was probably by her own choice.

I think we'll see her again. Or at least have her mentioned but I don't think it'll be until they realise that Rachel has escaped.

ETA: Apparently it didn't take them long.

Though I don't think they'll be pulling Krystal out of that coma before the end of the season.
