Definitely. I also don't like what I'm reading (elsewhere) about people comparing her to Regina. It's not fair. She's not another Regina.

No one can pull off Regina. I'm sorry. I honestly don't think she's trying to do that. At times she looks like she's trying to hard. She's in her own right powerful, and still has time to show us what she can do. Right now I'm not that impressed. Comparing her to Regina at this point is

Regina and the Red Queen are two different characters and have different personalities. So it is ridiculous for people to do this to Emma and compare her to Lana.

EXACTLY! I'm giving myself time to warm up to her and it's only the Pilot so there's not really a lot to go by and judge her just yet.

As layers are built onto her character she's starting to grow on me. I like that they are showing us a softer side to her.

I did a complete 360 on Emma when it was revealed she is Anastasia. Finally, a character that I'm now interested in after being not really sure about her.
