Sometimes shows get renewed because the network has nothing better. Even a small existing viewship can look more attractive than taking a chance on something unknown. And Fox already has to replace American Idol.

I think it's about 50-50 for renewal.

If it does come back, it's gonna be like a completely new show with the same name and a few actors in common.

At least now the reason for killing Joe is clear--it makes Jenny (the most popular returning female character) single again.

With no Abbie, there is no reason for it to return.
If SH returns, Abbie and HH should be with it.
