 Yeah, it was rude that he insulted her hair, but I think deep down that he did it out of hurt. She rejected him in the previous years.      This is one of those few scenes that stood out to me in That ’70s Show. It’s from that episode where Jackie and Fez enter a roller disco competition and win. Part of the prize is a bottle of champagne, and Jackie ends up getting drunk. While drunk, Jackie tells Fez that she probably wouldn’t stop him if he tried to kiss her at that moment. Fez feels conflicted about the whole thing. Heck, everyone knows he’s been in love with Jackie for forever! But after thinking on it, he rejects her invitation because he knows she is drunk, and he feels that it would be taking advantage of her and would be wrong. And it pains him because he wants so much to kiss her and has been waiting so long for an opportunity to do so, but he decides that if he were to have a moment like that with Jackie, he wants it to be genuine. I’ve read and heard a lot of comments saying Fez could have stopped at a kiss and not gone any further. But I’m glad he didn’t even go for it.
