I began watching this episode with a blah attitude because no Klaine, but was surprised that I really enjoyed all the newbies.
Mason's song was superb and Billy gave his character depth. We learned about the dynamics between Mason and Madison which was interesting. We saw more of Spencer than we have before and saw another kiss between two guys, which came as a surprise. There was no emotional build up but the moment was nice. Plus, we got another New Direction member. Then there was Myron, the obnoxious, talented middle school student. Only in rare cases have, students been allowed to skip grades based on academics. If a student is artistically advanced they may join another school's after school club but this is where I think Glee steps out of reality. I've never heard of a student skipping a grade because of artistic skills. Roderick's story of success was well acted but very predictable. Jane and Mason make a cute couple. This episode left me wanting to learn more about the newbies and watch them develop, but only if we had more than thirteen episodes this season. I was sad not to see Klaine but I'm content with what we were given and am extremely looking forward to seeing them next week!  Last edited by MarieSD; 02-28-2015 at 10:22 AM |

Mason is my favourite newbie and I do love the potential of Mason and Jane after seeing their duet in episode 3 so I look forward to seeing all of that

I didn't expect anything else with this episode I am just going to enjoy it for what it is

Hmmm... okay.
There was really not Klaine/Blaine.  Nah! You know I do not mind the Newbies. Absolutely not. But we only have so much time and ... I don't wanna use it for them, sorry. Myron is annoying. And nothing else. Jane... well I liked her in the beginning but we barely saw or heard her in the last 6 episodes and now it's just... okay, she's there. Spencer is also not my fave. He really is a dick! Alistair is adorable and cute. Their kiss was cute. Mason is sweet. Sue/Will... been there, done that. It was a filler. And we don't have time for that. __________________

I actually enjoyed it considering there was no Blaine!
I love Mason his solo was incredible and I loved his storyline with his sister and Jane  I do really like Mason and Jane they are very sweet The little boy is annoying but in a funny way I loved Spencer and Alistair I agree he is sweet and cute and their scene towards t he end was lovely __________________

I enjoyed the music I really really liked Mason, his performance was great, little girls adored him the kid was really creepy though __________________
