I've seen a few from HP cast on youtube, Ian, Paul's and Nina's from vampire diaries. I saw one for hannibal and many others. Not sure how they leak or whether they're released as a treat

Oh okay. The Ian, Nina, Paul one. Its from one of the DVDs. So I guess that's way they can release them. Or maybe something fun for the fans later on. I guess some can get released different ways.

I only saw that mentioned on Google. I have them too, but I don't tend to look at bonus features apart from deleted scenes sometimes, and that only would be in the early seasons
