Since we dunno how the rest of episodes, but we are hoping that we will get one in season finale before S3 bec if it go into S3 then that mean it will be much longer to see them being friend again??

Yeah since he was like she's good then moving on even tho you can tell that his mom and his sister know something up between him and Clary, but decide to ask different topic..

I wouldn't be surprised if they knew since they know her since she was young. But it was better they moved to another topic.
