Hi! im newbie in this fanforum but ive been a suitor since S1.
I just want to share some opinions about show! yep, Im M/R shipper but Rachel zane is the most important thing to me. so basically all my heart is for her happiness! However there are so many hates on her like tumblrs , others... its not healthy at all to me so I try to avoid there. It seems here is nothing like them.

I wanna talk about M/R storylines. and I have so many complaints about writings. maybe Im overreacting anyway why writers make it seem they are incompatible with each other? always highlight their difference. I know they want to create conflict or obstacle.. tbh writers are not good at handling this! This whole thing make ppl hate them more! Feels which is they need each other like "I cant be me without you" *other ship on this show* make ppl ship them easily. Problem is not their chemistry or acting like that! definitely M/R has undeniable chemistry (S2 finale ) but writers dont take advantage of it well! There are some stupid fight over trivial things.. like in break room (but im kind of rachel person! so totally understand! I have some debate on silly stuffs with my roommate ) that scene is unnecessary. They really couldnt make better storylines that would lead to "moving in" proposal?

and also Rachel have some explaining to do . why stanford over columbia? it is very unkind storylines to ppl. Ppl are really confused. and AK mentioned that she told mike about columbia stuff off - screen? wtf just skipping like that makes it hard to understand characters ugh just get rid of break room scene and put this columbia scene !

I did not have a problem with the writing regarding these two(minus Tess) so far, but I feel like they could have handled it better in the last episode. I do agree about the break room scene, still can't believe the scene happened but I guess it was because they wanted things to lead to the apartment thing, still they could have found better ways to do it, they're better than that.

I understand not liking a ship, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but these two always had this hot/cold dynamic, so I wouldn't like it if they change them completely. Mike and Rachel are like that, they are different, they argue, they make up. It's been like this since day 1. And seriously, relationships are hard, they can't be happy all the time. They have to work through their issues, and if it doesn't work, then it doesn't work. But I do hope they make it.

There always gonna be haters for everything, it's just better to ignore at this point. I can't take this fandom seriously sometimes because M/R were good for the most part of the first half of the season, and when they have some drama, people lose their ****...Other stuff I read made me roll my eyes.

Yeah, I'm kinda upset about this. Seriously I wanted that scene, but I get why she would chose Stanford over Columbia. I think I did read that this is higher rated, and she did say earlier this season that going there could be a fresh start for her. The fact that Mike is a fraud, is still in the back of her mind. If he gets found out, they're all screwed professionally, and personally (especially her).
I do wish they'd spent more time with her character though, because she is great. The writers, for some reason, don't let her be often.

I'm not sure how I feel about the preview. Mike has always been very supportive of Rachel, but I guess maybe he's just afraid of losing her so he's acting out in his own way.
