Even if its brief, I hope that we'll see the time when Peeta and Katniss weren't on good terms. Actually I'd love it if the movie started with them not having really spoken for a couple of months. I think the argument and subsequent separation that happened between them gave their relationship layers and gave them the opportunity to restart their relationship with more realism and understanding. Basically the friendship became real once they reunited after their separation because the lies between them had been exposed.

They have to have some kind of conflict between them at first. It'd be only natural that they do. I really want the scene with them talking when the train stops and Peeta tells her his favourite color

I want that scene as well. It will be key when Katniss helps Peeta remember himself and her after he's hijacked.
