nah Im sure people in 12 believed their engagement, remember Delly was like really sad about them in 13.
this is head canon but regular people can't go to the Victor Village unless you have a reason to do it, like getting help from Katniss's mom. anyway.
PK lived right across each other one night BOOM

Im sure people like Gale knew any better, maybe he never told his mom for safely reasons.

Yeah, I agree that people in 12 does believe their engagement, but Katniss' family and Gale too.. But they knew that she did it for their safety.. Also, we didn't get Delly in the movies..

Plus I assume that people who are in rebellion prob know that they are faking on their engagement..

I don't know. I'm still inclined to think that the people in D12 didn't believe their engagement was real b/c most of the districts didn't believe their love story at all and if the other districts didn't believe it when all they saw was PK being affectionate with each other, why would D12 believe them when it was an open secret at the Hob that Katniss often went out into the woods to go hutning with Gale

Yeah, that's true, but I tho that it was another place that don't believe their engagement, not D12 since I'm sure that people know about her and Gale always hang out while Peeta doing on his own in D12..

peeta hits the force field, his heart stops Katniss is freaking out, Finnick does CPR comes back from death, and Katniss kiss him and when he stands up she hugs him shaking and crying badly and we see Snow watching the games
