Aw that sucks. I have that problem with most magazine other than the really known ones like People and US Weekly. Although I couldn't even find the US special edition this year

Oh I know, it's just that we don't actually have a proper mailing system at this point so it's a peeve the amount of formalities we need to go through when we receive mail so unless it's something really formal or necessary, no one really does it. I'm actually going in a few days to some book stores that had October's special editions when I went last month so maybe they'll have November's now...
