Not sure if they plan to do more eps next season but most likely, if they cover 2 episodes for 1 book, we'll get roughly 3 seasons.

1st/2nd episodes, book 1. 3rd/4th episodes, book 2. 5th/6th episodes, book 3. 7th/8th episodes, book 4. My favorite book adaptation was books 1,2,4. Book 3 was okay but I also didn't enjoy that book as a whole so naturally the episode was my least favorite but I like the show version more than the book.

The kids are adorable though. Both Louis & Malina did a good job as Klaus & Violet. And Presley as Sunny is the cutest baby.

I came onto the show blind as well having not seen the film nor read the books! I really enjoyed how the show is portrayed especially with those incredible sets! Plus Malinda and Louis are doing a wondeful job portraying Violet and Klaus. __________________

I hadn't read the books, but I did watch the movie; but other than that, I was blind.
I admit, those two adults played by Will Arnett and Cobie Smulders, I was fooled. I actually thought they were the parents who weren't dead. Good misdirect. Just finished the last episode. Looking forward to next season. |

For who asked earlier, they're planning to cover 5 books in the second season, which would leave 4 again for a third and last season, so 10 episodes in season 2, 8 in season 3 like we had in season 1
