He's a forgettable character and a baddie. I want him dead and I feel like he'll betray Tommy eventually. I also forgot most of his storyline but I vaguely remember Oswald making a deal with Tommy and Tommy needed him for some finances and Oswald is rich and influential. I forgot what their deal was.
