I swore there was a thread for this at one point but couldnt find it.

I just started watchibg again, i saw a few eps when it was airing but im currently watching season 2.

Surgerys are a little gross for me but its a guilty pleasure show.

I think most of the characters are pretty annoying though

It's been a year since anyone posted on it, but thought I would bring this thread back up.

I love Nip/Tuck. The first three seasons were so dark and the story lines kept me on the edge of my seat.

Anyone else a Nip/Tuck fan?

Oh yeah! I used to mod the old Nip/Tuck board at one time. I loved the show. It did get a little well, not dull but I guess crazy is the best word towards the end. Still the first seasons were the best. I will never forget the finale when the Carver went after Christian.

Ahhh the Carver storyline was great! The whole countdown to finding out who the Carver was was great, and to choose to attack Christian was brilliant since he was the most superficial of the main characters.

That's awesome that were the mod for the Nip/Tuck before it closed!

I just love the whole Christian/Julia/Matt/Sean familial storyline. It made for such good drama.

then i went back to the beginning and started watching. i got up to mid season 3, but then netflix removed the episodes so i stopped watching.

The first three seasons are great. Once they move to LA, it's not as wonderful but still enjoyable.

You should definitely watch the end-it's very fitting for the series.

I was always more of a Sean. I'm not a "playboy" like Christan. I can't say I remember the last of the seasons that well. It just really took a low point for me in terms of the show.

I should re-watch the show. I think I have the first 3 seasons on dvd.
I really hated when Eden came along and corrupted Sean's daughter. It just really broke my heart. I would hate to think of that kind of person coming into my sister's life. It terrifies me on so many levels.

I have the first three seasons on DVD too and another random season from later on I do believe.

I did hate Eden. She was awful, and she also seduced Sean too. Do you remember the fruit cake she would make Julia? She was just awful with zero redeeming qualities.

I also never understood Julia as a lesbian. It was almost like she became a lesbian just to escape Sean and Christian.

The first time I saw her in Sean's office I was intrigued by her. Then she just went off the rails. I can't remember did they ever explain why she was so messed up? Sexually I mean. Her personality towards sex just screams abuse IMO.

Awww..the old lesbian escape plan. I know it well, one of the last girls I liked used that.

As for Julia being a lesbian. I don't know if she always just felt attracted to women or not. I mean gay men often marry women because it can be what their family or society wants. However, she did seem attracted to men. So I would say she was most likely bi-sexual. Sometimes people feel the need to pick a label. Gay or straight. When they really are just attracted to both. Even those who are gay don't always understand how someone can like both men and women.

It's been a long time since I watched those episodes, but I don't recall it ever being explained why she was messed up. I believe they just sent her away aka to 90210.

Julia dated Christian afterwards so I think it was just an escape.

I did used to watch 90210. Naomi was wonderful but she was also selfish. I did find her completely different than Eden. Eden was a sexual manipulative sociopath. While Naomi just seems like a girl who really deep down just wanted someone to love her for who she is.

I didn't watch the remake of 90210, but Annalynne is definitely a good actor.

She pulled off one creepy manipulative girl on Nio/Tuck.
