Tbh, I don't think you'd need to watch the other Marvel-Netflix shows to understand what's going on in The Defenders. I think they made The Defenders so that it'll be good to watch for all and even those who didn't watch the other shows.

I already saw LC in few months ago, but only show I haven't see was JJ and IF.. That was it.. But I def plan to see the Defenders..

I don't think you'll need to watch JJ and IF to understand either. OMG yes, you watched LC, my bad. That was such a TOINK moment for me.

Just know that Jessica Jones is a private investigator and Danny Rand is a billionaire businessman. Jessica has super strength powers and Danny has, quite literally, an Iron Fist that manifests itself when he's very angry. I won't give details into the backstory anymore but obviously their common enemy will still be The Hand just going by the Defenders trailer too although we might meet another new villain.
