Yeah Kilgrave was an awesome villain. And part of why he is my favorite villain in these Marvel-Netflix shows is because he has a personal stake with Jessica. He's obsessed with her, ugh. That entire episode where they were "playing" house was so creepy.

Yes-I have a love/hate relationship with her style. Some of her stuff is cute, and then some of it just isn't me.
 The episode where they play house is definitely creepy. i truly believe he does love her though. He's just so out of touch with reality and so focused on controlling people's actions that he doesn't know how to actually love someone in a healthy way. The other scenes with him that are so intense and dark are the ones with his parents.  __________________

No joke, I am purely watching The Defenders for Jessica! I generally don't watch superhero shows, but JJ is a standout in terms of being darker, and for a superhero show it's less showy than others if you know what I mean, less fancy technology and all that and more nitty gritty story telling with a few added powers!
