Harry's Law #1  KATHY BATES STARS IN THE PREMIERE OF QUIRKY LEGAL DRAMA SERIES "HARRY'S LAW" - In the premiere episode, once-successful patent attorney Harriet Korn (Kathy Bates) is fired and decides to begin anew with her own practice. With the help of her happy-go-lucky secretary, Jenna (Brittany Snow), she sets up shop in an abandoned shoe store in a rough section of Cincinnati. Her first case is to defend Malcolm Davies (Aml Ameen), a troubled young man, facing his third drug offense. Meanwhile, up-and-coming attorney Adam Branch (Nate Corddry) joins the firm, and defends a "private security officer" after he shoots a man who is attempting to rob a laundromat. i tried to watch it, but it just didnt keep my interest. which is a shame because i love brittany snow. but, oh well.

the pilot was horrible. the worst part was the generic plots. that and the horrible special effects. really? for a david e kelley production, idgi.

I enjoyed it. I'm a huge Kathy Bates fan and she was highly amusing. The Pilot wasn't great but sometimes they aren't. I'm sure the next few episodes will be better.

And next episode Christopher McDonald is joining the cast.He also said in an interview that when more episodes air, the show gets even better and better. __________________

I think pilots are always a bit weaker than the episodes that follow
And I liked this one alright, it didn't entirely blow me away, but it's getting my interest.__________________

I liked the Pilot too I thought it was funny LOL!! I thought the eppy got better as it went along. Im excited to see the next episode I think KB is great as Harry.
