OMG I haven't been to for ages let alone this thread. Still a devoted fan. I'm enjoying this season, a lot.

I'm indifferent to Fran. I think he's the perfect boyfriend but, not for a girl who feels insecure and unworthy of his nice-ness. Although, I feel like the yoga instructor on Sunday's episode saying "Nice is just a mask to hide your inner *******." perfectly summed it up for me. But, we'll see...

I don't like Marnie/Desi but, I think that's the point. I am indifferent to Ray/Marnie. I'd prefer him with Shosh but, I'm starting to lose hope.

I've had incredibly mixed feelings about Adam/Jessa. I was very onboard with them but, after how Jessa treated Hannah to justify her actions - and just, seeing them together - now, I remember why this didn't initially happen.

I actually really like Adam/Jessa - they are perfectly matched, imo. I mean it's obviously not the best situation since Hanna and Jessa are friends, but honestly, they've been horrible friends to each other for years. AJ are both so weird but also have good hearts. I hope they last.

I've loved Shosh's storyline this year. Marnie is whatever, but I'm excited for her centric episode.

Hanna continues to be the worst.

I loved this episode - it made me so emotional, especially with Charlie being a heroin addict. I assumed he was after his bathroom runs, so I wasn't shocked, but it made me sad. I know too many people with this addiction, so ugh. It's sad. Marnie was strong to walk away and to ask for a divorce.

As much as people deride Lena Dunham, I often lose myself to her work. Even though the show has become a lot more palatable than the first couple of seasons, when it was "rough as guts". The show serves to be an antithesis of the depiction of young people that we saw on shows like Friends.

I absolutely adored ep6 and it gave me what I almost thought we were never going to receive - closure with Charlie. Bravo, Lena! And bravo Allison! It felt like watching an Indie film.

I have my issues with Lena, but her writing for this episode was truly amazing.

And while I do take issues with how young people are sometimes portrayed in this show - it's far from my life in many ways - I do think she gets it so right sometimes. This was a very honest episode.

if anyone saw episode 7, the play (witnesses of an assault inside a house) has allusions to what was actually happening to the real world of the characters in the episode

The ironic thing is: Im fairly sure Lena Dunham is the voice of her generation. Even though every generation before her hates her generation. And everyone in her generation (the most narcissistic) hates her as well for this claim

That episode was pretty uneven

Hannah's car ride with the runaway was pretty claustrophobic, but the ending was uplifting, in a strange way
