I wonder if Giancarlo Esposito's character will be on the spinoff since he heads Vought?

I would really like to see more of him for S3. He plays evil soooo good.

Was he owner of Vought?? I need to rewatch the last episode since they mentioned that.. But I hope so since he loved to play bad guy..
