LMD is a robot, it was one of their major plotlines recently. That Coulson is a robot with Coulson's memories until he died, they said it right in the show.

Daisy was surprised so I guess not her. May is currently in a pod so she still doesn't know Coulson is back.

Also with LMD Coulson back, what happens to Mack? I hope Mack is still director/in charge of everyone.

I want Mack to still be director. Coulson can just be a team player. He doesn't need to be leader although I have a feeling maybe Mack gives up the position for him? Coulson will reject it though.
