Based on the special, Mona and Hanna are still close, and Spencer and Mona are online friends at least. I'm assuming Alison is still in contact with them all, but we don't know to what extent, or even to what extent they were in contact with each other.

I'd like to think so, but they're all living pretty far away from each other, so it's likely only phone calls/online for the most part. I'm hoping that Hanna and Spencer still see each other regularly though, tbh, even if it's without the others.

I'm not sure that's realistic though, I don't think they're all that close to each other in terms of distance, so it may not be all that easy for them to meet up regularly. I'm hoping they were once in a while, but I'll accept it if it's only Spencer and Hanna that do

I can remember reading somewhere that they'll be close enough to visit each other, so it would be a little off, imo, if they didn't at least meet up every other month or so. They'll be busy with school, sure, but they'd find the time, going by what we know of their friendship.

It'll make no sense if they don't, tbh, and I'll be annoyed with the writers to an extent, because it would be needless distance for the sake of drama, which is never a good idea. Drama needs more substance than that.

Older should mean just that little bit wiser, and if the writers don't leave the dumb petty drama in their teen years, it's going to be incredibly contrived.
