Caleb leaving really is a huge loss. Not just out of liking Haleb but the fact that he didn't take away from the liars stories like the new random Hanna LI's.

I watched the Ravenswood Hanna scenes, and they've made it even easier for him to come back. Even if he's just in and out, I'd like for him to, just because we could get scenes.

It would be great if they could still go to him for help when necessary, and now that he's definitely on good terms with Hanna, it's a lot easier to make that happen. Hopefully it'll happen at some point.

For the sake of the mystery he definitely should :nod: I think I'm always going to be a little annoyed that they decided to move someone relevant for no good reason when there are so many excess characters on the show and it could have been any of them.

There was no real reason that it had to be him, despite what they've said. From the little I have seen of Ravenswood, nothing has happened that couldn't have been given to another, less important on PLL, character. It could have been a great opportunity for someone in the supporting cast of PLL that was rarely seen, they didn't have to take a regular out.

If they do decide to bring him back, it better not be as forced as his exit was in the first place. He can't just pick up where he left off with all of them, the friendships would need to be rebuilt, especially with Spencer, considering her obvious issues.

To me, Tyler would get more future opportunities as a side character on PLL than as the lead on Ravenswood,just because of the sheer difference in popularity of the two shows. I think Ravenswood's hope was that people would just leave their channels on abcfamily since it's on directly after PLL but that hasn't happened. I know I don't :lol:

I don't keep watching either. I agree that was pretty much the sole reason, though. They wanted a character that people liked so that the audience would watch. The issue is, because of his role on PLL, he's never been a strong enough character to head a show, a good character, yes, but not the sort that could be a the main character. What I like about him is his relationships with Spencer and Hanna, and his willingness to do anything for the girls, but of course, that requires the girls being there. With another character, that's rarely used on PLL, there would be more room for development on another show and it wouldn't feel like there's something off and the character doesn't belong.

He'll only be brought back if Ravenswood is cancelled :shrug: It needs to be done right if it does happen. I think it could be quite great to see him try and rebuild his friendships with the other girls. It would be a great opportunity to bring up Spencer's issues and actually go into it a little bit, and it would be nice to see how Emily reacts considering how close she and Hanna are.
