I think it's an interesting distinction that Derek was born and not bitten. They haven't really explored that a lot in the show.

I'm certain it hurts for him when people call it a curse because Derek keeps calling it a gift, so to hear people say that the one thing you think is a gift is a curse to them must really hurt.

It must hurt, I hate it every time Scott says something like that. I know his circumstance wasnt wonderful but it means something to others.

I certainly hope we learn more about born werewolves too.

Scott needs to find a better use of words. In the end Derek still has feelings and his feelings get hurt way more easily than anyone else. It's no wonder the guy doesn't trust anyone when he keeps getting hurt over and over

I wonder if it's like on Being Human. Both parents were werewolves, so the child was born a werewolf too.
