I see her missing it miss being partners with Cat, especially when Cat gets a new one

They groaned before about being put on desk duty. Tess is now permanently on a higher ranking desk duty

Aww never thought of that, but completely true always desk duty but can't a captain decide to go out on the field, don't they have that power

Joe went to JT/Vincent's warehouse in S1. And he really wanted the beast dead.

I'm interested to learn more what a Captain is meant to do first time, that I know of, that we see a Captain on a show as a main character
