All I saw was a look she gave Rachel in episode 10, other than that, I don't think she knows much.

She's a woman, she's got to sense that something happened between them. It's like wired in us all, unless she's completely blind and trusting. I don't see Nora has someone to be pushed around, and played for a fool. She'll find out one way or another, I just hope things are made right between them once things get settled.
