Me too. I was reading this article, courtesy of another thread:

And it struck me how much of Felicity's characterization is written like this blogger wants more women to be written. The Arrow team did a good job in writing her because well she is a strong female character that doesn't need to be masculine to be it. Plus she does have flaws, her insecurities being one of them. Also Oliver, Dig don't need to be weakened for her to stand next to them. Interesting read, I liked it a lot.
