Yeah that was one thing about the flashbacks, any danger Oliver was in didn't matter much because we obviously knew he makes it back to SC. But at least it didn't take away the danger aspect of present day like the ffwds. I mean even though we basically knew certain characters wouldn't without knowing the future there was still a level of suspense to stuff. Not having that in s7 didn't really help things.

Well it wasn't really worth it anymore when the whole unnecessary team would've been involved probably. Needed him more shirtless with Felicity in lots of different scenes though, lol
