Oliver's speech is def one of the best scenes they've had in a while. While I think their issues aren't gone in a magical fix they can work on them now. Oliver needs to stop lying to his wife and leaving Felicity out of his decisions. They're a team and hopefully the wirters care enough to show them working thru that issue. But last night was a start Oliver said everything she needed to hear. She needed to know that he'd always love her no matter what, and she does now.
