My sleep has been all out of whack. Maybe is should just stay up all night one day and force myself to go to sleep early the next night.

Could try that
but than it may cause a cycle of day sleeping I know it all too well  remember late spring-early summer before additional meds I got, had bad insomnia__________________

Hopefully i work it out without having to go to the doctor. I do occasionally end up restless sleeping and just staying awake to the point i want to pass out.

 I hope you figure it out I only got meds cause well monthly visits to doctor and all that related to my  mental - so had small forms of insomnia always off and on but man  it got BAD__________________
