Pretty much. I think the writers are doing waht they do best, pit fandoms against each other through their characters. I enjoy their scenes together but right now it is nothing more then "we know that Laurel fans are pissed and don't want to accept DD while other fans are not here for Laurel Lance and are happy that DD is BC, now FIGHT!"

Exactly. I have also noticed a sudden role-reversal in terms of competence between the 2 characters. Last season, it was Black Siren's turn to get her ass kicked and now it's Black Canary's. I know it doesn't make sense for Black Canary to get the upper hand over Black Siren this early because it's meant to be a season-long storyline, but the role-reversal has been so severe that I can't help but feel that it's being done in part to placate angry Laurel/KC fans.

I still have faith. This first half they are trying to introduce to us a lot of villain set up and we still have death stroke 2 episode arc coming up. So back half I'm really hoping for E2 Laurel Flashbacks and Dinah backstory as well. :cross_fingers:

I hope we see some flashbacks. There are several plot arcs in season 6, but I would like to see more of Laurel and Dinah. It is true that there wasn't enough development of their rivalry in the premiere. But the point that Lance chose Dinah over Laurel is interesting and it's not a bad argument for their rivalry.

I liked the moment we saw Dinah put aside her vengeance for Siren so they both could try and help Quentin.

I think they like to keep connecting Dinah and Siren. So i feel Diaz is around still because he's gonna be apart of how Siren comes full circle with her redemption. She is going to have to learn for herself that Vengeance isn't the answer.

I doubt Laurel will avoid revenge. She's not that kind of person. I mean, even Dinah was very very close of doing it. Laurel from Earth 2 is just so different, I wonder why she just didn't kill Dragon in the season finale.

I’m confused on the path they will take Siren still. She’s trying to be better. We saw she seemed sad to tell Sara she wasn’t a lot like her Laurel. I just think Laurel and Diaz are gonna have more story next season. Revenge but maybe in the end she doesn’t kill him but let’s the law have him.

Seeing these two together in the future was amazing. I loved their relationship from where it started to where it is there.
