I did finally
get some sleep
last night. but
for some reason
I still feel
like a zombie :shrug:

the cause of
my inability to

not really. I
just cant sleep
and then I
start thinking about
stuff and cant
shut my brain
off. so then
Im up all
night thinking about
stuff. but im
not really stressing

my mom. She
can't quiet her
thoughts enough to
go to bed
and fall asleep. :pout: :thud:

yeah its so
very frustrating I
dont know how
to get it
to stop so
I can sleep

fatigue usually wins
out for my
mom. She gets
herself so tired
that that takes
over her whirring
thoughts and worries. :yawn: :thud:

yeah I really
need to try
and start to
do more exercises
to try and
tire myself out

now my other
dog is sick.
he is at
the vets now

he seems to
have what my
other dog had
only worse. still
not quite himself
yet. but slowly
getting there. hopefully
the meds will
kick in soon
