just cant sleep
and then I
start thinking about
stuff and cant
shut my brain
off. so then
Im up all
night thinking about
stuff. but im
not really stressing

and fall asleep.

very frustrating I
dont know how
to get it
to stop so
I can sleep

mom. She gets
herself so tired
that that takes
over her whirring
thoughts and worries.

dog is sick.

the vets now

other dog had
only worse. still
not quite himself
yet. but slowly
getting there. hopefully
the meds will
kick in soon
