I know. Whatever happened to letting a show find its footing? The first half of the season might not draw a person in, but the second half could. All shows should get a full first season to test the waters and if the network feels it should be canceled after the season ends, then so be it. Don't cancel a show after 3 episodes.

they canceled southland in the first season and then TNT picked it up and it got tons more fans and lasted 3 more seasons
