In the aftermath of Marvel’s Thor and Marvel’s The Avengers, Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos…but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. As far as what was asked in the last thread, they wont do promotions for the movie till November . Wherever the World Premire of Thor The Dark World is held, will be the next big event for the movie . Then of course the week the movie is coming out The actors will be doing the talk show circuit .

We saw how huge Iron Man 3 Premire was , I am sure Thor The Dark world will be just as big !

Alan Taylor On The Similarities Between THOR: THE DARK WORLD And GAME OF THRONES

Alan Taylor shares discusses the tonal similarities between Thor: The Dark World and Game of Thrones as well as why working on the HBO series made him the right man for the job in Kevin Feige's eyes. He also reveals that he more than likely won't be able to direct any season four episodes.

Many fans were disappointed when it was confirmed that Kenneth Branagh wouldn't be returning to helm the follow-up to THOR, but Game of Thrones fans knew that there was no need to worry when it was revealed that Alan Taylor would take the reigns. In the following video interview at this past weekend's D23 Expo, the director shares his thoughts on the similarities between the two beloved properties and what he's bringing from his experience working on the HBO series to the Marvel Studios movie. Disappointingly, he also reveals that his commitments to Thor: The Dark World will more than likely mean he won't be able to return for the highly anticipated fourth season.

Kat Dennings On Her Extended Role As Darcy In THOR: THE DARK WORLD

It seems we'll be getting a bit more Darcy for our dollar in the upcoming Thor sequel, as the Two Broke Girls actress has confirmed that she's heading back for some reshoots. Is that a good or a bad thing? Read on for more..

Quote:

"Yeah, yes. I mean I don't know how they edit anything, so who knows. I was careful in the first one to underplay everything in case they cut me out of it, but we're about to do some reshoots, so we'll see."
Those reshoots were teased previously by Lady Sif actress Jaimie Alexander who Tweeted: ""Working late in Asgard tonight. Kinda hard to take a nap in armor lol #ForAsgard". Now if Dennings was also present for these reshoots, does this mean we'll see Darcy take a little trip to Asgard too? We'll find out when Thor: The Dark World hits theaters on November 8.
