I don't care how it happened, I'm just glad he is back in the MCU. That was a difficult time when it looked like he was yanked out and Sony was going to make a crappy Spiderman 3 that had nothing to do with the MCU after that GIGANTIC AND HUGE cliffhanger. Ridiculous, glad that trainwreck won't happen.
