Yep. I did see the campaign thread now and just confused about their reasoning.

I think just changing the name of this board to "Marvel Cinematic Universe" could really represent better what it's about. There can be a thread for other marvel properties but in essence it's still about the MCU?

I agree 100%.. we already have threads for the other marvel fandom aka Jessica Jones, agent Carter, Luke cage , agents of shield etc .. I think it just gets complicated with xmen side to it

X-Men has its own board with its own overlap with Deadpool and such, so for me that can stay separate? We could have a thread for "Other Marvel Properties" in which it can be talked about if people wish but personally I'd just keep this as MCU, not Marvel in general. (I'm not sure if people need such a board anyways?) Just my opinion.

Yeah I agree MCU makes more sense to I think that name change would be better

We do have that one thread, Other Characters in the Marvel Film-verse, that we use for general chatter about MCU characters that don't have their own thread. We've used it to chat about the X-Men movies/characers before. And Spider-Man too before he became a part of the MCU.

And updated the OP.
