I wonder if his appearance in Spider-Man will count as part of his contract or not since it's a joint venture between Sony and Marvel.

But Iron Man is not the only Marvel character Downey said he’d like to play.

“If I could wake up tomorrow morning and be Chris Hemsworth (Thor), that’d be fun just to have to not, like, stand on an apple box to kiss Gwyneth Paltrow would be great,” Downey joked.

As for having real life superpowers, Downey admits he’s just fine pretending for the movies.

“I’d probably abuse that right away," he remarked.

“Captain America: Civil War" is in theaters now.

Honestly, he could probably do the movies well into his 60s. Most of the Iron Man stuff is CGI anyway. And with the money and kickbacks from Marvel, he could never do another movie in his life and still be rich as hell and get to spend all that time watching his kids grow up.

Looks like the only movies he has coming up are Infinity War and Spider-Man. Sherlock 3 is still a rumor at this point.
