YES!!! I was shocked as hell when I first heard about this, I thought they would never rehire him. I'm glad he is back to finish what he started, I feel only he could keep the vision and feel of the GOTG. I feel much better about GOTG v3 now. Surprise Endgame trailer yesterday now bringing James Gunn back today, what's next? Can they push Endgame up now? Come on!!! lol. Great Marvel week.

i agree, it has been a great Marvel week!
 Cap Marvel $455mil opening weekend numbers on Monday, releasing in Japan today, now showing in 38 countries. Endgame Trailer 2 "whatever it takes!"  the mouse retcons the James Gunn debacle, he's back for GOTG3 Mixtape Volume 3 __________________

From The Hollywood reporter , It seems that Disney\marvel never really looked for a new director for Guardians 3,. About 3-4 months ago made a secret deal to bring James back . All along Kevin Figie has said they would use James Gunn script for guardians three . So who better to direct then him. You had a Cast that was publicly upset over his Firing.
Seems like a win-win situation __________________
