A very random reason - I adore the smell of hawthorn's flowers, always have. There were some trees around the place where I lived when I was little, and I was so taken by it. (with my mom trying to keep my away because hawthorn trees/bushes have super mean thorns)
That smell is one of my biggest "sensory" memories from childhood.

I had hawthorn berries jam (jelly?) a few times, but that's it. I'm mostly addicted to the smell of the flowers.

The smell is pretty strong, but I truly adore it! I've never looked for hawthorn-scented products, though, because I bet the artificial version is too much.

So I was looking at the red carpet photos from the London Evening Standard Theatre Awards and is it just me or is Tom standing weird? Like his wrists are folded inward like this - http://31.media.tumblr.com/0093eb570...zrdo2_1280.jpg in every photo. He looks stiff.

I noticed that. I think he posed the same way at least once before, but I don't remember when/at which event. Maybe it's some involuntary gesture he does when he's... I don't know, cold, a bit tired? It would've been better if he just put his hands in his pockets, though.
